Every project moves through the same clear stages, and it only moves forward when the work is approved.
Your deposit books the project. We send a short questionnaire, hold a kickoff call, and research your market to put together a moodboard and direction.
Moves on when you approve the brief
We create the concepts, page designs, or screens and walk you through them in a design presentation.
Moves on when the first presentation is delivered
Two included rounds of changes based on your consolidated feedback, refining until it's right.
Moves on when you approve the final design
For websites and landing pages, we build the approved design on a private staging link you can click through. Design-only projects skip this step.
Moves on when the build is complete on staging
We test on desktop and mobile and check links, forms, spelling, speed, and every final file.
Moves on when everything is fixed and you sign off
Your site goes live or your final files are delivered, followed by a handoff so you know exactly how to use what we built.

Every project includes two full rounds of revisions, so there's room to get it right without paying extra.
Pay 50% to book your project and the remaining 50% on delivery. You own the final approved work once it's paid in full.

A 50% non-refundable deposit books your project and starts the work. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before final files are handed over or your site goes live. Larger projects (over $3,000) can be split 50% / 25% / 25%. Retainers are billed in advance each month.
One round is one consolidated list of feedback sent at once, not ongoing piecemeal changes. Every service includes two rounds. Extra rounds are available at $60/hour, and changing direction after a concept is approved (for example, starting a brand-new logo concept) counts as new work.
Typical timelines: social graphics and landing pages 1–2 weeks, brand kits 2–3 weeks, UI design 2–4 weeks, and small business websites 3–5 weeks. Your proposal includes exact dates. Timelines assume feedback within 5 business days and content delivered on schedule. Rush delivery is available for an added fee, quoted up front.
Unless it's in your proposal: copywriting, photography, stock images or font licenses, online stores, booking systems, memberships, custom integrations, and hosting or domain fees. Third-party costs like hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, and plugins are paid by you directly, so you own the accounts.
Yes. You own the final approved deliverables once they're paid in full. Unused concepts stay with the studio. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
We design web and mobile app interfaces (up to 8 screens from $2,000, with extra screens at $175–$250 each) and deliver a developer-ready handoff file. App development is quoted separately based on scope.
From $750/month you get up to 12 hours of design time, one active request at a time with a typical 2–3 business day turnaround, priority scheduling, and a monthly check-in call. There's a 3-month minimum, then it's month-to-month. Unused hours don't roll over.
Just a quick message through the form below. After that we'll send a written proposal. Once it's signed and the deposit is in, you'll get a short discovery questionnaire (about 15 minutes), a folder to upload your existing logos, photos, and copy, and a link to book the kickoff call.
